What is considered normal blood pressure is a varying number from individual to individual, taking into account many factors such as fitness level, age and height.  According to your own normal levels, you must determine if you have hypotension with the help of a professional. Common causes include medications, pregnancy, heart problems, dehydration, infections, allergic reactions, endocrine problems and nutritional deficiencies.
